Canada Post
 
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding all major Canadian/Postal holidays and any posted store holidays.

You have the following options for shipping your order:

Within Canada: Regular Parcel (Economical parcel service), Xpresspost (1-2 days between major centres), Priority Courier (Next day noon and next day).  Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed and are based on the total weight of your order, the location your order is being shipped to and the shipping method you have chosen.  Standard shipping times take from three to five business days within Canada, unless you choose an expedited shipping method.  Shipping times during the holiday seasons may take considerably longer than three to five business days, so please plan your purchases accordingly.

To the USA: Small Packets-USA (For small packages under 1kg), Light Packet-USA (For small packages under 500g), Xpresspost-USA (The smart alternative to the high cost of courier), Purolator  International (Next day noon and next day between major centres) and Expedited Parcel-USA (economical ground service).  Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed and are based on the total weight of your order, the location your order is being shipped to and the shipping method you have chosen.  There are normally additional fees for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii charged by the postal service company.

International: Surface Parcel (Economical ground service), Air Parcel (Perfect mix of cost and speed), Small Packets (For small packages under 2kg), Light Packet (For small packages under 500g), Xpresspost-International (The smart alternative to costly courier) and Purolator International (Next day noon and next day between major centres).


Most orders are shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after we receive your order and payment.

Emailed Shipping Notification: On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a notice informing you that your order has been shipped.  This email will give you all current shipping information, including any applicable tracking numbers.  The tracking number information is normally active on the Canada Post site 24 hours after you receive your status update notification from us. 
 

Undeliverable Packages and Refused Packages: If your order is returned to us because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper, in addition to the original shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount.  If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of resending the original shipment.
